Date: 24 November 2009. Location: Basel. This seminar gives you an introduction to Matlab for data analysis and image processing in biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications. After a broad introduction to the Matlab environment, where you will see how to use data analysis capabilities as well as how to work with scripts and functions, we will lead you through a more advanced example for image processing. You will see how to read in data and images, recognize and quantify objects and how to aggregate analysis steps into complete applications.
